Bed and breakfast Keswick, we are located in the Northern Lake District,  ideally placed to explore the many attractions and natural beauty of the area, whether hiking, cycling, braving the more adventurous activities available or simply just sightseeing.

A barn conversion, we have one spacious, newly furnished en-suite bedroom (Beckstones) providing a perfect base to explore the Lake District from.  With a wide choice of breakfast options to choose from, served between 8:30 am and 10:00 am at a time of your choosing in our dining area overlooking the garden the day can start as eagerly or leisurely as you wish.

For those wishing to experience something different or new there are many activities close by such as lama trekking, Go Ape, paddle boarding, mountain biking along the trails in Grizedale Forest, horse riding, 4×4 off road driving and even braving the via Ferrata to name but a few.

We also provide free fast WiFi access throughout the house, free off road parking, secure indoor bike storage, a garden area with seating, numerous walking leaflets to suit all abilities and will happily offer help and guidance wherever needed. We hope to make your stay with us a comfortable and enjoyable one.
