Unfortunately we do not accept children under the age of 12.

We only have double bedded rooms. Both rooms can be reserved though with a single person in each room.

Each room sleeps a maximum of 2 people.

I’m afraid we do not provide any extra beds.

Sorry, we do not take pets.

Yes, we have an easily accessed garage that can store bikes etc…

Yes, we have free high speed wi-fi available throughout the house.

Yes, we have a large off road parking area close to the house.

Breakfast is served between 8:30am and 10:00am.

Breakfasts are chosen the day before by filling in a simple form, choosing what cooked breakfast options you would like and at what time. Breakfast is served in our dining area where we have a selection of cereals, yogurt, prunes & fruit juice on offer from our breakfast bar. Teas, coffees & toast is served with your cooked breakfast.

Yes, there are many walks in the area to suit all abilities. We have walking leaflets available for our guests for numerous walks close by as well as some straight from the front door.

Keswick town centre is about 3.5 miles and less than 10 minutes drive away, 

There are two pubs that serve food in the nearby village of Braithwaite (30 minutes walk & 5 minutes by car) along with several restaurants. Keswick has numerous restaurants, cafes and pubs.

Check-in is between 3:00pm and 10:00pm & our Check-out time is no later than 11:00am.

Yes, both rooms have hairdryers.

Our bedrooms are on the second floor, up two short flights of stairs.

We have an airing cupboard on the same floor as the bedrooms for guests to hang any wet gear and boots etc.. We ask guests not to hang wet clothes on the radiators and towel rails.
